Once you buy it its yours, but your friend couldve transfered a ticket they bought and you can do that for free, so the refund money would go to the person that actually paid for the ticket. You’re right, I was wrong in the original comment. Basically I just think keeping everything on Ticketmaster or whatever platform the tickets are sold on and imposing face value price caps on resales is just a cleaner system overall.
