Like - it's obvious why ns but she *makes chances to secure #1s. Gaga seems to find happiness in other places and a #1 is cool but not her biggest priority. i think if the song is a hit and reaches people is more important but the exact number that defines a hit is way less important to her whereas for taylor i genuinely dont think she cares about how a song reaches people as long as its #1

If every single she released had the same chances as DWAS did to get a #1 we'd be facing the same pattern on her strategic moves But we didn’t get them. I just don’t believe Gaga is chart obsessed like Taylor. Everything with TS is calculated, it’s tiresome. She’s not driven by her art.

Here's the thing I don't listen to Taylor and I barely like her music, but if Gaga or any artist had the same audience they'd do similar. As simple as that Edited February 10 by elegidadedios

She is not bigger so she’s delaying vinyl shippings to get this #1 another week. Edited February 10 by elsamars

No one expected his streams to increase so much because Super Bowl usually does not give artists enough of a boost to reach #1 and he didn't even had any song in the top 80 on Hot 100 last week. Sorry 😀☝️ Why don't y'all despise her for the bland music she's been releasing which is something objectively true, not coming from assumptions lmao yikes... It was well expected that he will get AOTY at the Grammys and one week after he will perform at Superbowl which was going to be huge as it was the talking point of country not musically but also politically. She knows what she’s doing.

It’s not an assumption when it happens several times and she puts cheap tactics to blocks her fellows. It is a pattern.

gagacabana 7,402
Are y'all seriously bothered by capitalist pieces being capitalists? Unfortunately that's like, just the whole point in pop music. Hence the surprise that Gaga can actually sing (and write, and dance, and act, and play instruments, and I don't believe in the glorification of murder, I do believe in the empowerment of women

Timing it to drop after the SuperBowl to block Bad Bunny is just fan math. It was sat on while TFOO was stable and it was then dropped as soon as Harry Styles was out of the way - and if Aperture had been successful it'd still be in a vault somewhere.
