The first part is a reference to the song she sampled.

The second references the famous birth of venus painting (ARTPOP)

The third is a clear reference to sex and orgasm.

The fourth is again a sex reference. 

The only line with dubious meaning is Garden panty. But for those who aren't into women/identifying as women/cross dressing, plenty of women's lingerie features florals so it works in the context of a verse about lingerie lol

I know the references, they’re just not sentences, it paints the overall picture, and I love that
