I think she needs to step back into leadership positions that aren't immediately leading her to a presidential run... she clearly needs to establish herself apart from her past and she didn't succeed at that. I think she did a good job building excitement with the short time she had- but I personally was more interested in voting for her to try and prevent Trump from being elected.

It's probably why Kamala's team shifted gears towards trying to peel off Trump's support. 'Cause while Trump was promising literal concentration camps for immigrants (something he has since delivered on), leftists were shouting at Kamala's rallies about something she had no power to change and the most similar platform to their demands that has ever hit a presidential ticket.

These idiots are still out here protesting her book tour like...go protest outside the white house or something, you absolute cowards  buying tickets to a chat with a private citizen that used to hold office just to yell and get kicked out in seconds changes literally nothing and you should be embarrassed.

It doesn't matter how much you capitulate to their demands while remaining realistic and pragmatic, the goal posts always fly away from you when you approach them or one small mistake can cost you their vote entirely despite it all. They're fickle, flakey fools.

Key word here is idiot. Legit everybody is a ****ing idiot in this country. Winning the presidency is a game of celebrity. Whoever can play that game, talk a good talk, and electrify the base, media, etc. will win. I don't think Kamala is that candidate. I think she's a smart woman, but nothing in her campaign indicated that she knew how to play celebrity at this large of a scale. Plus her advisors were completely out of touch offering awful advice.

Well if she ended up as the Democratic nominee she certainly COULD win (vote-rigging notwithstanding). She was defeated somewhat narrowly last year, so a swing against maga could see her win. But as of now October 2025 I wouldn't see her as the best candidate. New blood needed.
