I mean he's been a dumbass this entire time but the first time was SOMEWHAT understandable in the fact that he was an outsider and promised to effect change while not actually having much of a platform (which he arguably did). But the fact that his first term, even excluding COVID, wasn't embarrassing enough for them is wild. For everyone to vote for "Sleepy Joe" in 2020 over him with record turnout should have been the point where the GOP turnt it's back on him and never looked back. 

 

I do think he lost this election though. Looking at voter turnout for some of the precincts in FL where he won, there was like 160% turnout to registered voters. And that gives me the smallest bit of comfort in just knowing the American people did not want this.

Our only hope is that people who've never voted before get pissed off enough to vote and they vote against Republicans.

What's required is formal deprogramming. Enough is enough. History has proven that legally barring people from supporting certain figures is a necessity for safety. N@zism is banned in Germany, destalinization was considered necessary in the USSR, etc. Force these people to stop supporting this BS regardless of consequence.

I know someone who is a die hard Little Monster but constantly posts about how great Trump is for the world. Baffles me beyond belief, like these are two polar opposite worlds?

The propaganda & hate machine must be working overtime because I can't see any other way that someone could hold those beliefs.

At least it's his final term thankfully but it does leave me worried for what rotten human is waiting to take his place & take us deeper into the abyss.

There’s this guy I’ve been hooking up with for a few months, and recently I found out that he’s a republican that didn’t vote Trump, and he said his whole family is in denial over how badly Trump is handling the economy, that they think it’s all part of a bigger plan that’ll come to fruition towards the end of his term. They’re willing to endure financial hardships for now because “something good will come out of it eventually.” Like wtf. Anyway I stopped talking to him after finding out he’s a republican but that convo still lives rent free in my mind.
