Maybe the reason people are so eager to hold Taylor accountable is because she rarely holds herself accountable. She’s never in the wrong. In my opinion, it would just be good manners to show some embarrassment for the situation and offer an apology for the mistake. 

But what’s the mistake? That if you don’t follow the instructions and you assemble the clock wrong, the backside might vaguely resemble a swastika?
