Stadium shows only take place entirely in the dark in a few geographical locations. 

For Europe and a lot of the US dates, this is not the case unless the show starts later. And in many jurisdictions, starting late means running into a hard cut off curfew meaning a shorter show. 

Like I saw the CBT show in London, it didn't start getting dark until act 3. UK sunsets in the summer are as late as 10.30pm. The UK puts a hard cut off on outdoor venues of 11pm with some councils imposing earlier cut offs. 

Taylor Swift's Edinburgh shows didn't get dark until the encore which was around 11pm. 

Sure, it worked in geographic locations with shorter daylight periods based on their latitude/longitude and the time of year. But it won't work in the majority of markets because to do a stadium tour in the UK & Europe at a time of the year where sunsets would be earlier in the evening, she'd have to be doing stadium shows in the middle of winter. 

Which happens to be during the sports season meaning the majority of European stadiums are unavailable. And even if they were, the show would be at major risk of cancellation due to heavy rain, high winds and even snow. 

I don't understand your obsession with a venue format that produces a worse experience for consumers. The only benefit is she could sell more tickets. But those tickets would not be cheaper - she had dynamic pricing turned on.

and the last minute cancellation was a slap in the face to so many fans who were already there or traveled to another state - this couldve been avoided if she was getting enough days between shows to avoid fibro or vocal chord issue 

and again the arena shows means theres limited tickets - nosebleeds in most cities are 200-300 dollars..... that is not accessible for most people, if she had done stadiums people could get tickets for 70-100 .... 

its not efficient doing 3 arena shows back to back - when one stadium can fit four times the amount of one arena. 

idc about if its dark or not, i care more about her health and accessibility for the fans

Her vocal chord was a strain injury. 

She's someone who regularly uses theatrical vocals, ad libs, run ons, screams etc and was a heavy smoker for years (may still be I'm not up to date).  

The odds of the strain being the result of fibro as opposed to the long term wear & tear is low. 

Like of clips from the show prior to her cancelling, you can hear her voice going on some of her screams. The smart money is on her straining her vocal chords through wear.

if her pain was flaring up bad, she'd probably have pulled out of the vmas and colbert and yet she performed flawlessly

Considering she has dynamic pricing on for this tour, she'd have it on for a stadium tour too. You'd still have to shell out $1000+ for a seat that makes it worth it to even attend the show.

hopefully this works alright with her health. I really hope she knows her body and believes she is capable of these dates. I want our queen staying healthy and comfortable above more shows.

I'm late to the conversation but I really wish Gaga added stadium dates for next year over arenas because I'm worried how her body and voice will handle so many dates and that way there's less risk of cancellations, which keeps all fans happy.

And it means she can visit more places, still really hoping she does more dates in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

I am literally heartbroken. Like....the last show I went to was the artrave and my bf at the time made it so miserable for me. He did everything in his power to ruin it. He even fell asleep during the show. All he did was complain the whole time

Hmmm I see that message if I attempt to sign up again immediately so I get reassured that I’m okay, but then I go back in a few hours later and I get promoted to do it all over again as if it’s my first time which is what worries me 

Edit: I just checked again and it’s once again asked me to sign up as if it’s my first time even though I already did several times yesterday. I don’t know if the system is actually registering multiple entries or none at all

I  don’t get how anyone still thinks she’s gonna perform in Latam. The account that leaked the dates yesterday also said the tour ends in June in France. That only leaves May for LATAM, which is totally impossible, there are conflicts with the new attraction and Copacabana demand. She’s probably just gonna tour Europe in May and wrap it up there in June.
