JustJames 1,046 Posted September 3 Share Posted September 3 (edited) This has become pretty standard practice the last few years- artists add a handful of songs to the album close-ish (some do it midway through release week; others wait a few months) to the original release, and then some follow it up with a full Deluxe later on. Ariana did it with Eternal Sunshine (Slightly Deluxe and then Brighter Days), Charli did several versions of brat, Doja with Scarlet (and whatever the deluxe was called), etc. I love that she’s at least included 1 brand new song and that she - like with BTW - integrated all 3 into the track list. It’s almost as if she and her “incompetent!!” team haven’t actually just been sun-bathing since March as so many seem to think.
