Her marketing is the best out of all pop stars, though sometimes I find it a little tiring after a while, but Swifties probably love all the timers and new variants every day etc.

This. I want a lead single so bad but we're a little over a month away so I guess it's not happening or it'll probably drop right before the album.

Who cares that Gaga didn’t have 48h-timed variants? She would never be able to sell them like Taylor. 

Taylor has variants, Gaga has Haus Labs.

You just need to accept that commercially, Taylor is the biggest (by far). Who cares, at the end of the day, Gaga is taken much more seriously as an artist.

She may be waiting till after the Grammy cut off to ensure the album and single are qualified for the same year together. 

But tbh, I doubt we're getting a single in advance.
