She said she's encouraged because Trump & his admin are working with European allies more than they did during his first time. Hardly praise, it's a mild sigh of relief at best.

She’s so insufferable. For the love of God just stop commenting on things. It’s completely embarrassing the way she lost to him in 2016 and that should have been career ending. 

I don’t care about what Hillary Clinton has to say about anything. 

Even Kamala Harris who lost worse than her has more of a legitimate claim to comment because she only ran a 3 month campaign and US society is way more brain rotted than in 2016.

That tweet is not an accurate characterization of what she said. She said there was common ground between the US and Europe, not between her and Trump. She said she was "encouraged" that he seemed to have a better understanding of the value of NATO than he did in his first term. You can decide whether you'd characterize that as 'praise,' but she did not use the word 'impressed' as the tweet implies.
