It’s completely embarrassing the way she lost to him in 2016 and that should have been career ending. I don’t care about what Hillary Clinton has to say about anything. Even Kamala Harris who lost worse than her has more of a legitimate claim to comment because she only ran a 3 month campaign and US society is way more brain rotted than in 2016. She said she was "encouraged" that he seemed to have a better understanding of the value of NATO than he did in his first term.
