I'm also one of the few that really likes Jewels & Drugs, the production is craaaazy, it's not even funny how underrated it is.

Wait same. It’s a BANGER! I never got the fan hate for it, only cause it’s hiphop???

I blast that **** and always say “TI they wouldnt let him into the country poor thing” :enigma:

As long as yall dont get nasty towards her if she doesnt deliver on something she hasnt even said she would do, go ahead and have fun speculating. Although yall should at least wait a few more days till she is done with all ARTPOP songs in the encore because if she moves on to another album, well... thats your answer...

I do want to say, Gaga is a kind of artist that is completely driven by her emotions and whose every song is a reflection of how she is feeling at the moment, and she is very unlikely to revisit old emotions that as we all know, werent the best at the time.

My bet is that if we ever get an "ARTPOP 2", its just going to be a completely new album with completely new songs, I find it nearly impossible that she will bring old songs that she threw away back then, unless one of them REALLY connects with her current self. We might get similar themes, similar styles, but fresh and as a reflection of how she feels right now and what she thinks of pop culture at the moment, all in an attempt to bring ART+POP together again.

Do I think that its going to happen and that she is teasing it tho? No. In my opinion she just wanted to add something special and unique to each night's encore, and started with ARTPOP just because she knows fans have been wanting more love towards it for a long time now, and thats it.

But I get how the encore can lead to some speculation. The peace sign tho.... come on -_- thats just dumb lol

I could be a pie for your zombie bite....

All the ARTPOP II discussion is TIRING... it's just old and really an insult to her evolution as an artist. I'd just like her to focus on where she is now and keep going, to be honest.

Watch her drop ARTPOP II and little monstrosities be like, "No, not that!!!" :trollga:

after seeing this fanbase beg for dark pop for years but then let's Disease flop and complain the video had no choreography... :trollga:

yeah, she's better off never doing this, the expectations are way too high

totally agree, honestly i'm sick and tired of everything bout ARTPOP ii maybe since beginning.
reason 1 that i dont like ARTPOP at all (besides venus, i fvcking love the song) ; second, i love her music types like fame monster/born this way/chromatica etc, so i'm glad gaga released mayhem, i want her to keep doing music like this and never turning back.

or maybe she'll do an album like ARTPOP but not gonna call it ARTPOP ii.

I don't remember the exact specifics, but doesn't Troy Carter own the rights for most of the ARTPOP sessions, and that's a huge reason why she wouldn't be able to release most of those tracks?

Also, some fans need to realize that her headspace in 2012-2013 was vastly different from now. So we need to emphasize and kind of shift our perspective from her shoes on how like she's mentioned in the fan press conference that she would need to revisit that frame of mind when creating that project if she were to finish any demos most of which were proven by producers to be ideas but not many fully fleshed out demos.

It's fair to want to hear unreleased songs but let's just be hopeful will get more from her Little Monsters LLC label

This doesn’t make any sense and I’m 99% sure it’s just fan assumptions lol. Why the hell would her manager own her song sessions. If anything Interscope records owns them… and since she’s the writer she could technically rerecord (even if he did which is so doubtful)

The title of this thread isn’t really accurate lol. She basically said she’s not gonna release a bunch of old *demos*, but that she would be open to potentially reworking older material. But again, because she’s so vague here, reworking is pretty broad: does she mean remastering them? Does she mean re-writing them? Does she mean re-recording them? It’s pretty hard to draw anything super conclusive from this because she’s being vague to keep her options somewhat open lol

Legally because of optics to not have to have her old management involved with it or receive royalties she’s need to change 80% of it to avoid legal issues. Hence why she originally had rewrote and renamed NOBTR to Heard It (On The Radio) when it was initially going to be on the album

He doesn’t OWN them however he is credited as exec producer on all her old material and as an exec producer she’d need his permission to re-record or release any old material from that time. And I assume she’d rather have no contact with him whatsoever.

it’s like how Dr Luke was exec producer on kesha’s music legally until her contract was up. Troy is on all her albums as exec producer up until she renewed her contract with Interscope. Then Bobby was
