Why do you think it might be his children? I really don't think that's the reason. I mean, there's definitely something: it might be copyright issues with some of the footage or whoever owns it canned it for taxing purposes (similar to what Warner did with Batwoman).

i don’t mean to jump in here but i heard (rumor) some copyrights were sold after Tony’s death that made the release of the film tricky/not possible. by who, idk, but maybe his kids
