I just stumbled upon these and I had no idea that they ever got an official release! They are both live recordings from Gaga performing in Paris during The Fame promo tour, in lossless here.

I even found the digital releases on Spotify, with Eh, Eh coming from the FNAC edition and Paparazzi coming from the Virgin France edition. Crazy stuff.
