I'm starting to think that's what it is tbh. I think the consensus is that if we're getting a Telephone Pt. 2, it'll be with Perfect Celebrity, but there haven't been any rumors about her shooting or releasing a video for that song. I could see a world where it's more a part of Beyonce's visuals rather than Gaga's. That's why she's always being cheeky whenever she talks about it, like "Call Beyonce," or something like that.

Honestly of the current pop scene there's only really Gaga you'd ask for a rock feature. 

Beyond that though if she does do a rock act 3 and has features I hope Hayley "Beyonce did it so we can too" Williams gets a feat.

actually I could see Miley killing rock too. But she already did a Miley feature. Not sure I see the Paramore and Beyoncé vision but I respect it.
