I honestly believe we’re out of control with thinking everyone belongs in the RRHOF.  Rock and Roll, to me, is a specific genre of music and should honor Rock and Roll artists.  Madonna, Janet, Dolly, Mariah, etc simply do not belong in it.  Dolly is in the country music HOF, and if there was a Pop Music HOF, that’d be where some of these other artists should be.

I'd argue that Madonna is extremely rock n roll, especially in her mindset and general behaviour through her career. She's always been a rebel and said **** you to all the status quos.

they've changed the rules so it's no longer just about rock n' roll, despite what the name says. it shoudl definitely be renamed.

i love mariah fr but i don't get why we're talking about her being snubbed twice in a row when she's literally not the only one, like so were oasis and i'm sure other nominees (whose music actually is rock). there can only be one winner so it's not like she's been personally attacked ...
