The fact she also thanked Laurieann Gibson for her support on her lattest post means several things to me

1- She has the full approval for the things Laurieann created for Gaga and was able to use it. Not a big deal we knew this as her moves on songs like Bad Romance, Poker Face and Judas were back.

2- She can't use Richy stuff as he 100% didn't allowed them to do (for the best imo). His shady and messy post about Abracadabra make no doubt about it. Maybe a reason why some choreos like Judas were changed a bit.

3- That could explain why some of the most recent Gaga music wasn't included to the set list. That would have asked a LOT of additional work to remake Richy's stuff. Maybe they just didn't want to use that energy there while they already had so much to do.

4- It's a nice nod and means Laurieann is in good terms with Gaga and there's no bad blood.

What's you thoughts ?

whilst i think this is a fair and probably valid point; laurieann leaving never prevented her choreography being used despite her departure so why would richy be different?

i'm really glad she thanked laurieann honestly. i was never super comfortable with how things ended between her and gaga so its nice to give her credit where credits due for her superb choreo in gagas early years

Yeah, I imagine come the tour and any introduction of additional songs needing choreo we'll see some richy moves reused. 
But for Coachella, it was the perfect opportunity after his little meltdown to sideline him as much as possible and send the single biggest message to his shady self - you're nothing and we didn't need you.

Gaga can use all her previous choreos. Choreography cannot be singularly copyrighted because it would be like claiming ownership of a body movement. She can re use segments of the choreo from previous years without issue. 
 

The issue would be if she doesn’t change the choreography at all, because a full choreography, paired with the song it is intended to go with, CAN be copyrighted. If Richy wanted to cause trouble he could only do so in this case, and even so, I doubt his contract allows this. Richy might be the creator but Gaga definitely has usage rights. 
 

All goes to show that if we see new choreos it will be because they are choosing to distance themselves from Richy, not because they cant use them
