in my experience it has never been sent home before, they've always given me it at the venue

I think it's a case of Ticketmaster at the Co-op vs AXS at the O2, both have different pricing strategies/systems

I've requested a refund for one so hope that works out fine but I think the vip one can't be refunded so I might be stuck with an insane priced ticket for a different date

Expected the worst and aimed to spend 400ish € for two GC tickets, ended up paying 900 € for two GC EE tickets. Fml. April will be full of instant noodles and hope.

Sigh.  I can’t even get my ticketmaster authentication code to check the price or the bloody tickets so I don’t have much hope for artist presale. Don’t think I can support her with the prices I’m seeing unfortunately. Devastating.

You normally have to collect it from a specific VIP area before the show and you have to keep it with you.
