The chorus is so insanely catchy and the way she sings it is unique and fun. I've never understood the hate for it. LoveDrug is my current favorite from Mayhem and I've a feeling it's going to be this albums Plastic Doll. Both are about the exact same subject, tho Plastic Doll is very much focused towards how abusive fandom can be, which is why I feel like she never performed it, almost like she couldn't bring herself to perform those lyrics to our faces. Perfect Celebrity is a bit less specific, a little like she remade the song in a way that would allow her to perform it without feeling like she's blaming the audience. I know this is not the question raised in the OP, but I've had this thought for a week and grabbed the opportunity seeing Plastic Doll being brought up.
