I’ve said it a billion times on this app but I genuinely have such a good feeling about this project, I don’t think I’ve ever felt this confident that I will adore a Gaga album since becoming a little monster back in 2009. Disease and Abracadabra are literally spectacular, 2 of her best songs ever, the snippets we heard sound incredible as well, and Die With A Smile is one of her best ballads… like what does that say about this album??? I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that this album might just dethrone The Fame Monster for me or even come close to it! Anyways… I’m feeling super cheesy and emotional right now and wanted to write this. We’re so lucky to have Gaga after everything she’s been through, and even more lucky that she is so willing to still create music and gift us this incredible album that is SO obviously made just for us. I hope we get to appreciate it accordingly and return the gift by making it a major success for her! I really love this fandom, even with all it’s flaws, I’m happy that I decided to be Gaga’s fan and join it. Happy Mayhem Eve little monsters! We laughed and danced and had maybe the first moment of relief we felt in a long while. And now here we are, almost 5 years later in a world no more comforting than it was back then, but I still have my wife and we still have our music. I can’t wait to share it with her and with all of you vicariously.
