Have mixed feelings about the HBO series, but this would be exciting.

This is the line I draw with every actor. You can win Oscars and have universal critical acclaim, but you're only good if you can play Bri'ish people. It's a blessing and also a curse.

the movies and even universal's harry potter lands had to be fully approved with full input by her so most likely yes, she is

She has control of casting afaik. Wouldn't be crazy if she was in control of the story too.
