RAMROD 117,068
On July 27, 2026, BMW began delivering a full-screen Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie advertisement to the dashboard Control Display (the car's main center screen) of customer BMW vehicles, placing a branded third-party advertisement in cars their owners had already bought. The advertisement appears as a banner at car startup that the driver clicks to play a full-screen animation with backing music and an ambient-lighting light show, and it has been available in more than 70 markets since July 27, 2026, scheduled to run through August 10, 2026, on suitably equipped vehicles running BMW Operating System 7, 8, 8.5, 9, or OS X built after July 2020. BMW described the animation to The Autopian as part of a broader brand partnership with the film, the automotive slice of a Sony Pictures promotional campaign that Deadline valued at a record $309 million in worldwide media value. https://consumerrights.wiki/w/BMW_Spider-Man_in-car_advertising https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/usa/article/detail/T0459681EN_US/bmw-brings-modern-mobility-to-the-sony-pictures-film-“spider-man™:-brand-new-day” https://www.theautopian.com/bmw-is-showing-commercials-on-their-cars-dash-screens-and-they-want-you-to-think-its-a-treat/ https://www.reddit.com/r/BMW/s/sPEhlJ1YsS (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ ᶠʳᵒⁿᵗ ᵗᵒʷᵃʳᵈ ᵉⁿᵉᵐʸ (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡

Advertising the same thing for the same people for 2 weeks This shouldn't even be legal for real, it's like to hijack the system of the cars without consent. Kayioshka 3,335
Isn’t that also dangerous if you drive your car and have this shi on your screen ? It’s distracting... Car compagnies are real mfs, instead fixing cars to adapt it to the women's average height depending of the regional zone, they add more ads... Because yeah it’s dangerous to drive big cars without having the right disposition of the car's dashboard. I saw a woman explaining this on Insta. Big compagnies really hate their clients. You get taught in college as a marketing student that it takes about 6 times for ads to really stick with people. That's why we saw all those ads in the 2000's that kept repeating the name of the product over and over.

It's not like they are advertising a smartphone or a holiday at disneyland.. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

You thought you found the Flock blind spot, but you didn’t. Your transgression is recorded, your face is run through an AI data base, you are collected by robot police officers, your trial is processed through an AI judiciary model, your penalty is taken off your social credit score, you’re imprisoned for 6 months doing community service, which is helping to train LLMs and AI surveillance models to catch perpetrators. You should’ve paid your toilet subscription, sister. We have forgotten our public MANNERS
