That's what all the girlies were doing here for Disease. Looped streams of a song get filtered and won't count apparently. I think that's what it means by filter (filtering out looping/bot manipulation) and unfiltered.

I found this explanation:

Spotify has a “unfiltered/filtered” stream system, if you listen to the song in repeat it will fall under “unfiltered” which means it will count as actual streams and the song will chart on spotify, but the streams won’t count to outside-spotify-charts (like billboard and whatnot)

Filtered streams, on the other hand, are the ones we’d want to make, for that we need to listen to the song in a playlist always between two (or three) other songs (with more than 30 seconds each), playlists should be less than 2hours long (to avoid suspicious behavior that could lead to unfiltered streams) and DO NOT MUTE (streams only count if your volume is 50% or higher)
