“Do I Wanna Know? (Live At The BBC)” is a cover of a single by the same name by the Arctic Monkeys. The original peaked at No. 70 on the Hot 100 and at No. 11. in the UK.

Hozier covered the single in 2014, sharing his performance as part of the BBC’s Live Lounge series. The track has been picking up steam on the internet in the past several weeks, and now it’s performed well enough to reach the Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 at No. 6. Hozier's version also reached No. 18 in the UK.

Idk I think his label didn't care to push him enough and tbh he doesn't strike me as an artist motivated by awards it's just as a fan I want him to get recognition and acclaim for his songwriting alone at least he's one of this generation' best lyricists and he's a really good musician overall
