I don't know how much the song is really representing him, but the title itself is a nice tribute to memory him. mightyriverz 2,281 Posted January 27 Share Posted January 27 THIS IS JUST WHAT I THOUGHT!!!!!!! this whole era seems like a huge fan service and she is honoring her past through details only us who have been here for quite a while would notice (I myself have been since the Alejandro MV so it's been quite a whileee) I'm so humble that she's doing all of this visibly to deliver something that she thinks will makes LMs happy, cause she's always been very close to our community, remember folks she created a website back in the day just for us to gather and chat and feel like part of something when most of us felt left out and alone. She released Fashion of His Love with a small excerpt from an unreleased song that only those of us who were really into it would notice. I mean... she always did stuff in order for us to feel conected to her not in a egotistical way, but for us to feel seen. I can't put into words how much I love this woman and how she's inspired me through all these years. When I first looked at the track list I was bummed because every album since TFM has had at least one song that’s a name (Alejandro, Bloody Mary/Judas/Black Jesus, Donatella/Mary Jane Holland, John Wayne/Joanne, Alice) But now realizing that Zombieboy is a name so the scheme continues! I was in nyc and saw this gay zine with a blonde wearing black latex and crazy cool sunglasses and looked up her music right away. It was visceral. I do feel like she is giving all what we want and she might just take a break from the Gaga character for a while after all. i personally don't mind it and I like that she's more at peace with her past and artistry and that's all I want from her.
