It was different in the 2010s when people would be downloading the leaked albums and then not buying it later.

It's not about the legal streams, but I just think it's better to listen to it with everyone else as an event. People can listen to whatever they want to, but I feel like they're ruining it for themselves if they just don't wait the extra 12 hours or whatever before it officially comes out.

And I say this from personal experience  I listened to the SL leak so many times before it came out that it ruined the official release for me.

I do not condone transgressing everyone's respective timezones, all I know is that I am very newzealandy, New Zeland's spirit and fabric has been running through me ever since that one guy from New Zealand made his **** vanish into me and I shall be channelling said spirit when I listen to Mayhem in the newzelandiest of manners... in a little over 9 hours

I'll have no choice but to listen to it once it's out in NZ, it will get spoiled otherwise by everyone online and also if I wait till 12am I will be too tired to appreciate it and I want my first listen to be while I'm alert (I will also be getting stoned for this)

Yess and because I mostly use a work computer it never saves the settings so all night I'm just pressing reject reject reject reject now I know how the Grindr guys I approach feel
