Yes I hear you here- I think she has been reflecting on how her demons manifest for a long, long time…. She gave this painting to Tony… I always thought it was a way of saying, look at what my love of jazz is helping me face…… I only think when she fully settled with Michael did she conquer or harness such demons…. Such a long time

Donatan, a Polish music producer who was at Eurovision 2014 final with artist Cleo with song "We Are Slavic" wants money from Lady Gaga for plagiarism. Cleo shared song "Łowcy Gwiazd" in 2018, when her Polish fans compared it to song Abracadabra. Donatan claims that Gaga took idea from Cleo to use for Abracadabra and wants money from Gaga. Most people claim that these songs aren't similar at all.

Donatan didn't hold back and also addressed alleged plagiarism. Under Cleo's post, he posted a comment in which he noted that Polish singer should demand payment. "I think I can contact her for money," the producer wrote, gathering many reactions from Internet users under his statement. Listeners can now only wait for American star to respond to allegations.

For a song to be considered plagiarism it has to match the melodies, rhythm, tempo, pauses, chord progression, key, etc. It needs to fit on top of the other. Or exact lyrics with different music underneath. Just one layer or one aspect of the song being the same doesn't make a case for plagiarism. It can't just be details. That's what happened recently with Adele's "Million Years Ago" and Toninho Geraes's "Mulheres". A musician was hired to make the analysis and report to the judge, he used colors to show the judge what matched and it was the rhythm, pauses, chord progression, vocal melody, everything. The judge only ruled because when he saw the visual representation with colors representing notes and beats, everything matched in the different layers. It doesn't mean Adele stole the song, it means she had an idea that already existed and did it by mistake, and songs are registered intelectual property, that's why she lost the case. You can't point out plagiarism in similar loose ideas. Chord progression, for example, is one of the things that different songs share a lot. From reading this, I don't understand what similarities this person is pointing out.
