This! It's so personal to the fans, most people won't even notice this tweet, but we know it's for us. 

I'm loving this rollout so far, all the eras represented with countdowns, easter eggs to be discovered in the code and now tweets like this that only fans would pick up on, i almost feel like this is a love letter for us. It's PERFECT!

For some time now she tweets cryptic but certain things about her projects before it drops. Check older tweets and you will feel the vibe. It's undeniable.

It's not fake insider lingo, it's kind of poetic teasing and you always make the connection after the project comes out.

The Dr Plague is Gaga's doctor persona, it's a mix of her other personas.

The one hit by the car is Stefani right after her trauma.

The ARTPOP one is the ARTPOP one hehe...

The twin are probably the metaphor of her being zombified, workahoolic during her TFM era.

The last one is a new Gaga right after purging herself from her traumas.
