Chris Brown sues Warner Bros. for $500M over docuseries ”A History of Violence”

Singer Chris Brown is suing Warner Bros. for $500 million over sexual assault allegations posed in its Investigation Discovery docuseries “Chris Brown: A History of Violence.”

In the lawsuit, Brown accuses the producers behind the docuseries, which includes Warner Bros. and Ample, of libel and intentional infliction of emotional distress through defamatory claims made against him in “A History of Violence.” He also alleges that the evidence provided to substantiate their claims is completely false.

The suit acknowledges that the Grammy winner has made mistakes in the past, which had been “publicly acknowledged and addressed by him in his 2017 documentary, ‘Chris Brown: Welcome To My Life,'” but has since “grown from those experiences, and his evolution speaks for itself.”

the evolution in question: evolving from a fighting type, to a fighting/ghost type since his career and reputation died but he continues being violent

Imagine if he leaned into this though. A domestic abuser on the mend? Someone who's done terrible things actually apologizing to the people he's hurt and then becoming outspoken?

Or at least just letting something about the history of violence include what he himself has acknowledged as his past/history.

In order for it to be damaging to who he is now he has to be the same SOB that lays hands on people who don't deserve it.

Sadly, I think he is
