I Found 1:1 Gaga's FAME Perfume Replacement

After searching and trying so many dupes, I finally found one that actually smells like it, it's super identical to the littlest notes. It is so identical, I thought I was smelling the real ones. And I AM SO HAPPY, HENNIES!

Especially since I only have my last full bottle of FAME, that I didn't really want to use unless I need to. 

and that perfume is; OAKCHA CELEBRITY! 

And trust me on this, I compared it side by side to the actual FAME

 

Now, unfortunately this is not paid endorsement 

BUT, I only didn't gatekeep this so that many of you would buy it too! I know many of you are like me, looking to find economical and good quality FAME dupes. Also, I really need this dupe to be in production for a long time. And one way to do it is if it got considerably big sales number 

So here it is! I did the research for you so you don't have to!

Do go get it if you can, and tell me if it isn't super identical

Just looked it up and it’s made specifically to mimic FAME (I think it’s missing the odd ingredient here and there) it has the Saffron, Belladonna and everything. Plus it’s only £25 online here so I shall be ordering it

Thanks for posting this! I bought a bottle of Fame for my mom YEARS ago but I never got a chance to actually SMELL the damn perfume before I learned they stopped making it.

This is a side tangent but was FAME popular like was the overall reception good be now with HAUS LABS she’s cemented herself in the beauty industry but was it always like this?

Eau de gaga was the superior scent. Still have some of both tho and only wear them on special occasion

How does you could describe Fame and Eau de Gaga scents? Like, sweet? Masculine? Feminine? 
never tried any of them, didn’t used to be so into fragrances back then

I’m really really into fragrance and I dont want to sound narcissistic, but I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to perfume and I think both of these scents are pretty mediocre tbh

Eau de Gaga was a very simple tea and violet fragrance with a hint of leather and it was a superior scent in the way that it was much more unisex, clean and also more modern, whereas Fame’s hype is driven by nostalgia, mostly

It was a little bit more elevated than most of the celebrity scents from that time( think Katy, Bieber or Nicki Minaj) but it still had that grape-soda sweetness with some florals and honey. it was just a sweet fruity-floral with the tiniest hint of something smokier underneath but nothing crazy or provocative - bottle looks lit but the scent was just very simple, nothing sexy about it( at least in my personal opinion, so dont come for me haha)

but then again, Gaga’s fav scent is apparently daisy by marc jacobs which is a light, shampooey, girly floral so it makes sense that her own perfume would be more on this side

i do recall her saying that she uses womanity by mugler, which is a much more daring fig and caviar scent, but im pretty sure it was during BTW era and she used to collaborate with them a lot so theres that

Also, i dont think that fame would do that well with current perfume trends, besides the aforementioned nostalgia factor

FAME is more feminine. Adult vibes instead of girly. Sweet candy/floral type of scent. Think of the scent of victoria secrets store (if you ever been in one). That's how I would describe it in the easiest and simplest way. 

EdG is unisex and marketed as one. Smells like generic spa scents. Clean but nice. Think of the scent of limeade combined with antiseptic soap bar, (if you're in the USA, it's like white Dial soap but more expensive, if that make sense).

Both very clarifying responses and probably EDG would be my pick. Makes me think about the reason why they’re not on the market anymore tho

I wonder if she will ever put another fragrance out at some point, that would be interesting
