The event is a political rally, so she needs to do something upbeat. I think a song called Disease is therefore out, and similarly a song about the world ending and people dying wouldn't be entirely appropriate. They’re well-known and carry a message of love and togetherness, which is exactly the mood you want to set. The lyrics in Disease don’t quite fit the vibe for a political rally.
