Honestly she really needs to spend some time with Kesha and fight the important battles.

These little moments seem a lot like she's letting her mental health issues win atm. Think any of us who have suffered with mental health are well versed in letting steam/pressure off through little battles 😅😅

I don't feel like she's doing it out of her own interest. She knows that these little gestures have a lot more power than people realize

all im gonna say is that apologies dont work like that Chappel lol, demanding an apology like this will never get you a real genuine apology, and to me just displays how entitled and self-absorbed she is, really giving karen vibes....

I came here to drag her but low-key I would be holding a grudge too :brat:. I'm sorry but these paparazzis are SO rude and entitled, I'm ok with celebrities being rude back :ladyhaha:

I don't necessarily mean she's doing it out of her own interest.

But her behaviour is very similar to my own when my mental health wasn't at its best. Picking fights (on justified reasons or not) at not the best times, reacting in a way that was larger than what was needed etc.

I agree with her general antagonism towards paps - I just think you've gotta pick your battles, not fight every battle at every opportunity.

So fully on board with her VMA call out of the paps, this one I feel like she could have left for another day rather than her friend's film premiere event.

I know she's been going through some mental health issues lately and for that reason, maybe her management need to allow her some time off so she can attend therapy. I know what it's like to go through a a huge dip in your mental health where you just want to hide away from the world. I was lucky enough to have the freedom to do that because I didn't have a job or commitments and not everyone has that luxury, so I do feel for her having to be duty-bound to promote right now. But it's not like Chappell's in an album cycle so she should be afforded some downtime to re-assess where she is with her fame journey and if she really wants this. Because she can't be acting like this over something like a rude photographer which most celebrities develop a thick skin over.

I've never seen a celebrity act this way towards photographers unless they had a deeply personal grudge or were going through something. If they do snap back, it's in the moment and then they move on. This is the first time I've seen one demand an apology. The sad fact is that if you go around demanding apologies, people will think you're unhinged, particularly if you're a woman. No one is going to mean it anyway and a forced apology is meaningless. It's all very well to draw attention to the unacceptable behaviour of the paps but do it in a general way, don't go after individual ones months after they annoyed you and demand an apology. She must have known what to expect, she was signed for years before she put an album out, she can't pretend this new normal is a shock to her. Like I said before, is it a case of getting what you want but then having too much too soon and she got what she wanted but now isn't sure if she actually wants it?

The way so many of yall constantly fall for this ragebait is honestly kind of infuriating - like, you HAVE to understand that the media is just baiting you with this, it has been pointed out before, it happened before, it happened to Gaga before - she literally wrote a song about this - you know what is happening here... and yet some of you need half a reason to jump on 'lets hate this woman' bandwagon .

I do think that's partly rooted in misogyny, but I also think a lot of you just don't have any backbone so you hate to see it when someone does. She did nothing wrong - this is not unprofessional or cringe behaviour - this is what you ACTUALLY should do when someone mistreats you the way she was.

Sometimes we need to let it go and be the mature one. Demanding that someone apologizes to you is weird behavior.

Demanding an apology?

Absolutely insufferable and I say that wholeheartedly.

If she stopped after the initial confrontation it’d be okay but the demanding an apology is a bit much. Even though I’m sure that dude was a total asshole, this is a professional event.. girl

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
