I don't know how good it'd be with the wind, but it's a plus for the snow. I know. I was lucky that Manchester had one... but at least it was in the mid-summer. We're in the frigid cold now. If people want to jump through hoops of fire (or ice in this case) to meet Gaga, more power to them. Just the way it worked out.... that made the most sense, not everyone could be in summer...
