I think it varies but she has expressed she likes to be called Stefani on set. I assume Gaga, LG or Stef are also in heavy rotation among her peers.

I just noticed in this clip how similar their faces actually look, they could've played brother and sister. That in a way is a fun aspect of their on screen romance, that she is a female version of him, his feminine side. So excited to finally see the film!

I don’t know why but Joaquin is so unlikable to me. I also get the impression she’s always sort of on eggshells around him.

When she worked with ppl like Bradley Cooper, Ariana Grande, Tony Bennet she talks about how much she loved them etc and chemistry

 

With Joaquin her reaction towards him seems flat. She talks about the movie but not much about working with him in a positive light
