The man is clearly not bitter. He still carries himself with pride, humility, and integrity that we don't often see in politics. A real public servant. Once they've got no more campaigns to run, the stress evaporates and they've only go to worry about the right here and the right now. I have been highly critical of Biden and his tenure as president. I acknowledge the good he's done, but I cannot ignore his failures. But in all of that, I've never questioned whether or not he was mentally there. I've known he is. I just think he's too old, and one of the facets of being older is that you don't perform as well in high pressure situations. This Joe was always there, but the element of pressure that comes with running an election campaign clearly was overwhelming and that reads much more on someone who has gotten to a point in their life where they're just slower in general.
