For the Streams I (optimistically) counted it getting around 7.5 - 8M from Spotify (depending on how well it holds up next week, that could also be 10M or at worse 7M). and then around 5-7M from Apple Music and the rest being from Amazon, YouTube Premium etc. 

Obviously way too early to make guesses when it comes to streaming, but considering the Guess Remix, which did amazing on Spotify only ending up with 20M Streams counted for the charts, I think anything above 20M would be a wild guess (again unless there is a huge update coming our way next week and it rises a lot on Apple Music).

I was thinking that maybe the good numbers second day is due Saturday being it's first full day (as it allegedly missed 4 hours on Friday). Do you have data of the second day from other songs with a similar issue? (not having a full day the first day).

I think we have to wait for the song to be pushed for the Radios in Europe. There was literally none single radio play in Poland yet while the biggest polish radio staions are playing Gaga 3-4 times a day on each station.
