HelloHangoverz 15,586
I managed to find a better crowd removal model, and this is what it resulted in, pretty good if you ask me: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1g3xmGLcmerOzgakZUT5L1o55yqJiaAGl?usp=sharing I think this proves the first lyrics aren't "the monster's around"... To me, it sounds like "don't tell/set me [inaudible]." There are six syllables in total before "Dance In The Shadow", and the third syllable is definitely the word "me". I'm also wondering if the 5th and 6th syllable are likely to be words that rhyme with shadow, as it would fit a rhyme scheme, and it kinda sounds plausible What do we think? Edit: added a third file - an AI acapella of the non-centered audio (ie centered channel removed via audacity) - you can definitely hear her say "dance in the shadow of a" before it cuts off Edited June 8 by HelloHangoverz my head is filled with broken mirrors, so many I can't look away 1 1
Westerosi 1,895
I hear "Don't let me go." OR "Don't let me down." I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I'm hearing something like this as well, but I feel like the last word is more than one syllable, rather than just a one syllable word sang over multiple syllables no? It's either one word of three syllables, or it's three one-syllable words Edited June 8 by HelloHangoverz my head is filled with broken mirrors, so many I can't look away
calmar 22,037
to me sounds vaguely like "don't let it go." 俺の勝利は揺るぎない

Also, I have a feeling this snippet was mixed with utter magic & mystery so we wouldn't actually find out until release day. It's fun to speculate though. Super 927
clearest version ive heard so far !! inspired me to do something attempt to clear the clearest version – with - filtered stems - !!! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pU5vSX8E9vXTQnv48ez8ex-xc_suE3Qd?usp=sharing The bass notes seem to be, in order: F, D#, D, C# - which doesn't fit any common scale? Might be modal or D# Major (i guess? not that good w music theory) with borrowed notes? The BPM is 118. Some songs in the same tempo are ARTPOP, Fashion!, Bad Romance, Poker Face and Just Dance. 1

Provided C# D# are actually Db Eb, then it fits the scale in a I - VII - VI progression, a kind of modified Andalusian cadence with a passing chord (?). Of course, they could just be non-root voicings in the bass too. Edited June 8 by calmar 俺の勝利は揺るぎない
