WhiteWitch 720
I am both a Swiftie and a Little Monster, and somehow even I’m offended by that question. Gaga does not need anyone to mentor her, certainly not peer mentorship. She and Taylor Swift, as well as numerous other artists, stand firmly and resoundingly at the top of their game in spite of fan insecurities. They’re doing absolutely fine on their own feet.

AkariGaga 1,102
I would rather see Gaga debut on bubbling under hot 100 chart than attending Taylor’s school of capitalism
Tinnitus15 50,491
As a swiftie and little monster, I would rather NOT. Like first of all Gaga’s way more mature and went through more sh*t than taylor( sorry not sorry) if i have to pick it has to be the other way around lol 1

BlackLight 382
I sometimes wonder if Swifties have secretly hacked Gaga Daily and they just pretend to be monsters. because if 2011 GagaDaily….. wait… if 2019 GagaDaily heard this blasphemy… Taylor Swift has massive commercial power. she does not have artistic impact. Any artistic impact she has is just because of her commercial presence being so big people are naturally going to entertain the idea she has impact. But I always say this: if you took Beyoncé, Gaga, Taylor, Adele, even Kesha…and took away all their fame for a second and had them stand on a street corner, my jaw would hit the sidewalk for three of them, I would be mildly entertained by one of them, and the last one I would think is decent but would probably forget about her by the end of the day. that last person would be Taylor Swift. she requires fame, drama, haters, pyrotechnics, a big PR team, and massive rollouts because guess what? her music…..standing all by itself and without those things….is the most mediocre pop music that has ever come from someone with that much fame. no a lister in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s, 20s had as much as a head start in the industry as Taylor Swift has and that is why she is famous. She has been rewarded for failing, winning, crying, being corky, being cool, being not cool, being mainstream, being blah….she is rewarded for everything she does because the public still believes the pretty white girl inateky deserves that. if any “not pretty”, not white, not privileged, not thin, not prioritized white-pandering (that’s a whole new thing for some people), not cisgender, not Christian woman ever tried to “pull off” what Taylor has “pulled off” they would have been chopped a long time ago. when are we going to actually admit (despite every effort of her PR machine to make her look like the good girl) that Taylor Swift is being rewarded because it’s the last form of passive racism white-centric people (who even call themselves liberal) can cling onto? she has never done anything for anyone that didn’t benefit her first and often it was too late. Artist from NYC.
MOT 2,652
I think this is a great idea. Both artists could benefit hugely. Gaga is such a timid little lamb, she needs to get out more and it would be great for her to just sit on Taylor's knee and get some advice on the ins and outs of the music industry and how to deal with nasty record producers and stuff. In return Gaga could give Taylor some singing lessons, and then Taylor could diversify and write some songs that are more than just word salad over halting melodies.
