Guest Posted May 8, 2024 Share Posted May 8, 2024 I just listenend to Dua's newest album and I am a bit sad that "Anything for Love" is just 2:20 long and the first 10 sec are studio laughter. The song really caughed me off guard in terms of the lyrics and its production. Why did they not made it a 3:00 minute long pop song?? It feels like a demo. Quite disappointing. I appreciate that it's different to everything else on the album and the only one with a slow start but kind of works there with what it does. It does sound like an unfinished demo or just something that they made in the studio in a couple of takes but not sure I'd want it to be 4 mins.
