And people really should stop jumping and hating on people because of what others have said. Yes, he has been accused on social media. That is not the court of law. People do lie, and "believe the victim no matter what" is very unhealthy, because it means that people can fabricate stories about others and destroy their lives. I am not claiming that Richy is innocent. I just don't know. And believing people who work in a highly stressing environment, and might very well have resentment towards their boss, without any concrete proof, is not appropriate. If they had evidence of his alleged misconduct, they would have sued him. Does the fact that they have no evidence mean that he is innocent? No. But it does not mean we can assume that we know that happened and that he is indeed guilty. That said, I hate his choreographies and would love to see him gone.
