Okay? by that metric, Dua's album has the cassette, lenticular CD and regular CD so it's 13. 

CD, vinyl and cassette are different markets so it makes sense that Taylor put each of the 4 editions on all formats. Each edition has unique content, visually and with the bonus tracks. She's not just slapping the exact same record on every humanly possible color of PVC

Taylor also has Target exclusive so it's 13 and Dua doesn't have regular CD, only lenticular

Dua fans can just choose the color they like the most, while Taylor fans have to buy multiple versions to get 1 bonus song.

But fans really don’t need to buy any more than one edition in this scenario to own all the songs, it’s solely a cosmetic and collector choice at this point. That’s why you can’t give Ariana, Olivia, etc. flack either. Taylor’s fans had to buy four different versions if they wanna own every song from their fave’s new album
