Gaga's artistry and talent was rooted in arts sake, rather than money. The world appreciated this and she became one of the most influential but also commercially sucessfull artists. Seeing her in her first concerts I always thought, even though she is so famous, it's crazy how underestimated she is, how cheap her tickets are. Now she knows her worth and value and that's okay. Latest after "A Star is Born" and the Superbowl she is already a Legend.

I'm lucky for her if she puts a price on her Art that is correct, I just wish she would not tease the Chromatica Ball Film and we're just getting an commercial out of the Tour. Or 9 out of 10 Insta Posts /Stories are about HausLabs, when what she is known and loved for by fans was something completely differnt that didn't seem to be this shallow/hollywood-ish but emotional and personal songs, changing lifes.

I guess she herself has to figure out the thin line of Art to capitalise or Capitalism under the cover of Art.

Thank you, nobody is saying that having some type of brand to endorse is a terrible thing, it becomes a problem when you start feeling more like a corporation than an artist. Capitalism is not the issue, but excessive capitalism just for the sake of capitalism is.

I totally agree that "Lady Gaga" is a successful business and it's not just Stefani herself, she and her team may made some mistakes in her early career that cause Gaga to be oversold to the GP and the whole ARTPOP mayhem. But she bounced back and continued her business as a young & tough businesswoman I admired remember she wasn't even 30 at that time.  

Just because of the possibility that she hit a creative plateau in music at this point doesn't mean she's the victim of "greedy capitalism" She slows down and is exploring other options using her fame to increase her net worth, not saying I'm a big fan of the "other options" but it's free market free world if she succeeds she succeeds. 

Again just because Taytay and Beyonce are the bigger capitalists at this point doesn't mean Stefani can't be one! You go girl Stefani! I'm rooting for you!   I can see you being one of the most successful moguls in your 40s and 50s!

Who is mad and anxious? We are discussing a topic in a thread about said topic. I have been with Gaga since 2009 and I don't plan on going anywhere. Thanks for the suggestion though, which I will obviously ignore.

Promoting new music is something fans would get excited about, why should we give a **** about makeup?

Sounds like you are missing the point of this discussion and the irony of your own comment. Talking about meltdowns while seemingly having a meltdown yourself and telling another user to "touch grass" is the only childish thing here  I don't think the one who compared Haus Labs advertising with a new album rollout should be telling anyone to "touch grass"

Apparantly you don't know that the point of a thread is to discuss said topic, nobody is clinging to anything. I am not discussing this in other threads am I?

 There was a period I went like 8 months inactive on this site and suddenly because I am involved in this thread you seem to have an issue. Cease with your childish insults about "expanding social circles" as if that means anything at all. I am certain that I am not the only one who has claimed you argue like a toddler.
