It's not her fault if people expected a 10+ weeks pre-orders because that was never the case with her. Pre-order will come, the second single will come and with them the tracklist and the name of the album.

Tbh, I wouldn't be mad if they decided to delay a bit the album and focus on DWAS during this month, release the album close to Coachella and Copacabana, April 4th or March 28th (her birthday) and re-start the era in february or right before the Grammys with a second single, performances, promo, interviews, etc. 

Tbh I prefer this than have an uneventful album release next month, as the way things are going...

Objectively I just think she hasn't announced a concrete date yet just for being able to move it as much as she wants to fit the best to her expectations and plans of the moment. February is still very possible. But her delaying a bit is also a possibility as she hasn't really reconfirmed it officially recently. 

On her latest post she could have easily said 'I can't wait to share what I have in store next month' or anything hinting at the release of new album. She hasn't. 

I feel like she has more than an album coming tbh. She's always emphasises that she has 'a lot more in store'. But I also feel like a few of her plans changed since late last year. Let's wait and see, that's all we have to do
