KeepOnSwimming 882 Posted December 26, 2023 Share Posted December 26, 2023 LOL, I can't I've been to Barranquilla a few years ago and it wasn't really an exciting spot during our travel, but I wanted to go there, because when I was a kid Shakira made me fall in love with Colombia and I knew she was from Barranquilla. So when I was there I was veeeery underwhelmed by the area itself and on top of that really disappointed they didn't even have a statue of Shakira, their most famous local. I literally complained to my now husband about the lack of a Shakira statue. And it is friggin hilarious she's got one now.
