This reminds me when I was given 2nd batch of Gaga x Crunchyroll merch because Crunchyroll said the forst batch are defective, though I don't see any visible defects. That was awesome cos I now owns 2 items of each that I purchased. And they are very good quality too!

This is the distribution company not Taylor

 

As someone who works in warehousing and distribution i can confirm if there are charges related to supply chain issues on our end, generally we pay for that not the company of the product itself

 

This is probably not an order from Taylor herself nor is she likely paying for this either
