Gimme More, Piece of Me, Break The Ice, Freakshow, Heaven on Earth, Get Naked and Toy Soldier are much better than Circus and it was Britney's vision. vitoburrrito 616 Posted December 20, 2023 Share Posted December 20, 2023 Blackout wins for sure but I honestly view the two albums as part of the same era for some reason, even though they’re different. I think Blackout had its moment overshadowed by the VMAs performance, and the rest of that era was kind of quiet damage control and led smoothly (at least with hindsight) into Womanizer/Circus being a hit and Britney seemingly having her act together. I think the non singles are some of her best ever, I rarely even listen to Toxic and Me Against the Music. Breathe On Me, Early Mornin‘ and Touch of my Hand are top tier. The whole production of In The Zone is so sexy from start to finish. This is why I love Glory, reminds me a little bit of that mature sexy sound she went for.
