Who're is a grammatically correct contraction of who are but is not used often in text for obvious reasons. Now you know this you'll probably notice that it's still used in spoken conversation a lot.

My vindication.

Who’re is most certainly a word! @SharkmanthaC @bionic and @Google and Cambridge (https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/who-re) are the girls who get it

Its such a pointless contraction when it doesn't save a single character and is pronounced almost identically lol

More like another straight celebrity queerbaiting again

Real people can’t queerbait. Queerbaiting can only exist in fictional media.

As per it’s official definition:

1. the incorporation of apparently gay characters or same-sex relationships into a film, television show, etc. as a means of appealing to gay and bisexual audiences while maintaining ambiguity about the characters' sexuality.

Colloquial usage of words doesn't match with dictionary definitions. Regardless, the English language does not have an officiating body.

Regardless, the same point applies: real people cannot queerbait. Human sexuality is ever changing, ever evolving. Someone experimenting with their sexuality but not defining it and sometimes even ceasing exploration to return to the traditional lifestyle is not queerbaiting. Queerbaiting is a tool of fiction.
