my jaw is on the floor. DISGUSTING absolutely REVOLTING it really truly is. i don't understand i just hate this. quite literally i would have gotten myself arrested in the process of trying to protect her. WTF. this really really affected me even more, i just, WHY

Wtf she was just standing there?? And not even fighting back how can he have the right to put handcuffs?

I'm so glad we have a way to document these incidents and call attention to them. They have been getting away with this for so long it's disgusting how they feel the right to do these things

I just don't get why US police are so brutal and always have masculinity and power problems? I heard a lot of them used to be in the army?

A lot of police officers also either barely graduated high school or had to get their GED instead because they couldn’t graduate high school, so there’s that. Also, many people become officers just because they know they can abuse their power, have people be scared of them, to feel superior to everyone else, etc etc etc…. Not to mention how little training they get (it’s literally harder to become a hairstylist than it is to become a cop). There’s many reasons why US police forces SUCK

all of this, yes. I have a few family members on my shiddy side who went that route. they were always huge as§holes who acted out and acted a fool growing up. really fragile, macho types as well. it's legitimately horrifying how easy it is to obtain this much power and then encouraged to be like... actually evil. because it's an industry and there's a lot of money involved.

The fact that two of my HS bullies became cops right after graduation… they were HORRIBLE people and to get that much power is so fúcking scary…
