Because I'm a people person and he seemed genuinely nice (he was!) While at home he was like "play this!" and because I'm a good host whether I want to or not, I did! "Is,this you", I asked. "No!" But why were you desperate for me to hear it if this isn't you? So he acknowledged it was him singing. And the trashy bitch that I am had to comment: but what's up with the autotune? He was a seriously sweet person, and I'll gladly go to his live concert in...whenever. Who knew your neighbours could actuarly be interesting? No name on the letterbox. We hugged a few times, because we connected. He's totally straight (he said, and even if he wasn't, I wouldn't be interested). We shared lots of stories of Stockholm nightlife and music industry, so everything added up. I met so many **** heads here where I live, so it feels fantastic to take a leap of faith and invite a stranger into your home and not regret it. And here's my former BFF who went to Sydney to record an album with a star Australian producer. Was released as a single in Denmark and went nowhere. Hell of a great free vacation, though! He worries about not being able to pay his rent. He has no contract with his kids. I don't think he give pheck all what I think of his song! But he's a lovely person. We hugged several times, because we just connected. And he knew heaps of stuff about the music industry that I recognised from living in the fringe of the music industry myself for decades (I'm your daddy!) He wasn't offended at all, but a very gracious, kind and loving person. It was just a lucky fluke I happened to meet up with him. And I'm glad I did! He's an awesome person!
