I don't really get the fan vote thing. Ru says that there are 2 ways to win, so does that imply winning the fan vote is equivalent to a normal win? Kinda like a double crowning thing? Or would it be like AS7 with the Queen of She Done Already Done Had Herses thing?

If that's true, I'm not a fan of that. I think that should only be reserved for all winners seasons. 

The only way I could see that happening is if it's a runner-up season, but even then I still feel like that would take away from the novelty of doing it for an all winners season

But if it's true then they can keep it. I love the format but it should be used for all winners season only.

Oh lord someone on the drag race sub Reddit posted an AMA bc they got fired from WOW and posted the AS8 top 2 I hate it here 

Although I am excited to see how this season plays out now bc one of the top 2 is obvious but I’m honestly shocked by the other
