When I lived in China, kids being beaten by family members was pretty common, usually for trivial things. I know from family in India that it's the norm there too, especially in certain regions. None of them are brutal to the level you'd see in some other cultures where it's a state form of punishment, but I guess the motive is sort of the same. 

Not gonna lie, I've noticed it's usually the moms, grandmas and aunties that I saw beat the kids.

In Canada, I've actually seen a rise in "shaadi" (wedding) matchmaking apps aimed at young Indians to help with "parent-approved" dating and I feel like that has the same undertones as this video.

U seem to forget we have a character limit. Sometimes a properly descriptive title with proper conjugation or structure simply does not fit and u have to try to figure out what words to include

 

It's as simple as that. I did not write it the way I wanted to write it for that reason

 

I thought it was because of the red handed because my original title suggested it was because she had a boyfriend period which after reading more carefully it seemed like it had nothing to do with having a boyfriend in itself but rather something they did. I thought that's what u were correcting me on

 

As for the title not being properly structured, I assumed u were aware of the character limits and how u can't necessarily write a proper full sentence so I didn't think that's what u were complaining about

 

I was told the limit was increased from 75 to 85 characters but that's literally like 1 more word. Often doesn't help much.

I had to google what I meant actually. It's aparently a generic expression for when someone gets caught doing something criminal or to a lesser extreme something shameful they shouldn't do

 

In this case probably nothing special but in old school Indian culture maybe too much touching/affection may have been seen as something they were caught doing "red handed"
